(6) HIT WICKET : A batsman in the process of playing a ball bowled at him, (normally in back foot strokes) hits the wickets through his body or by any of the gears (cap, helmet etc) and the bails getting dislodged is called so.

(7) HANDLING THE BALL : The ball played by a batsman, may sometimes head towards the stumps threatening enough to dislodge the bails. At this point, the batsman may sometimes stop the ball through his hands, (authorized to stop it by the legs) and if such an occasion happens and the fielding teams claims for "Out" then he will be declared out.

(8) HITTING THE BALL TWICE : A batsman is authorized to hit a ball bowled at him only once. Hitting the ball second time or preventing the ball hitting the stumps after first hit, through his bat, will be considered as out.

(9) OBSTRUCTING THE FIELDER : A batsman in the process of running, intentionally preventing a fielder from taking a catch or run him out, then he will be declared as out.

(10) TIMED OUT : A batsman getting / declared out leaves the field and the next batsman to enter should be within a specified time (3 minutes). If he fails to do this, will be declared as Timed Out.
