During the end of his life he met with defeat and death at the hands of the Yadavas. He is believed to have built the 1000 pillar temple at Anumakonda for Lord Siva and also the town of Warangal (earlier Orugallu).
GANAPATI DEVA - 1199 -1261 - Ruled for 63 years and brought the entire Telugu speaking regions under his control. He was the most powerful king of this dynasty. He completed the city of Warangal, built two forts and made it his capital.
RUDRAMADEVI - 1262 - 1296 - She was also a great ruler of this dynasty and Andhra Pradesh. She had to face some threats from Yadavas, Chodas of Nellore. While she braved it all, the rise of her grand son Prataprudhra helped her quell all oppositions. She was an active soldier who never hesitated to lead an army at any opportunity.
PRATAPRUDRA - 1296 -1323 - His tenure was to face series of invasions by Muslims. Finally the dynasty came to an end by 1323, with the invasion of this region by the Muslims.
